Booked a king room with a king size bed. Everyone was amiable and amicable. Location: the hotel was adjacent to restaurants, beach and nearby Hilutungan island.

our whole experience was relaxing, would recommend. the pool was nice, the breakfast was good. everything was nice, perfect and outstanding room with a king size bed. the staff members were attentive and friendly.

This hotel boasts of fantastic staff who are always ready to help and create memorable experiences for guests. The hygiene protocols are up to the mark as the staff x-rays the luggage while checking-in. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with lovely bathrooms that have large rain-shower heads. The breakfast and restaurants have a wide variety of food that caters to all tastes and preferences. The pool and beach are beautiful, and the cabanas and lounges are perfect for relaxation.

The hotel's location is remote, making it challenging to get to the city center.

The breakfast provided was satisfactory and the hotel was conveniently located in a nice area. The room had all the basic amenities that one would expect from a hotel.

The prices were surprisingly steep, and the cost did not match the value. On top of exorbitant prices, the linens were of poor quality.

We had a great stay at this hotel with fantastic facilities, friendly and well-trained staff, a good breakfast and dinner buffet, and comfortable and spacious rooms. We were also impressed with the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant and the BUHI bar in a unique cave setting.

Nothing could have been better.

The beachfront location was amazing, with stunning views of the sea and comfortable beach cabanas. the staff was fantastic, always willing to assist us with our requests. We also loved the breakfast buffet, which had a wide range of delicious food options to choose from.

The facilities felt inadequate for the size of the hotel, particularly the small pool and limited outdoor space. the location was quite remote and required a long waiting time for taxis, making it a hassle to leave the hotel for any activities or sightseeing.

My experience at this hotel was truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities offered in the room were exceptional and fulfilled all my needs. The outdoor swimming pool, beach access, and beachfront location impressed me. The staff was fantastic and always helpful, making my stay unforgettable. The restaurant offered delectable food, and private facilities were exceptional, ensuring my privacy.

The only minor issue I had was with the Spa and wellness centre. I was hoping for more diverse options to choose from to elevate my experience.

Our stay at Sheraton was truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special, with a personalized room setup and a delightful cake waiting for us. The facilities, from the beach to the swimming pools, were top-notch. The breakfast and dinner buffet at 5 Cien Restaurant was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious food. And we can't forget the unique experience of Buhi Cave Bar, where we enjoyed a lovely nightcap. The highlight, however, was the exceptional dining experience at Dip Nikkei Restaurant, where Chef Daniel personally spoke to us and Loeh provided impeccable service. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and welcoming, making our stay truly 5-star. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend Sheraton to anyone seeking a luxurious getaway.

While we had an incredible experience, there were a few minor drawbacks. The front office staff seemed a bit uninformed and the communication regarding our room type was not handled smoothly.
